Moe Keno ToDo Listing

This is what currently needs to be done to the source before the next release of source code. The ToDo's will be assigned through projects tasks through sourceforge.

*** Convert all drag and drop code to scripts.
Fully comment all current code, both with what it currently does and what is actualy intended along with the name of the dev who wrote it (currently only myself). In the GUI and in scripts.
Fix the buttons so they are enabled/disabled at the correct times
DONE: Fix the maximum number of selections allowed. (in progress)
DONE: Setup the scoring system
DONE: Setup the payout system
DONE: Get the game spots to change images coresponding to weather they have been selected/hit.
DONE: Also get the spots to clear back to only user selected spots when the start button is clicked and before the numbers are generated.

*** Denotes top priority above all other todo's. Nothing else should be done until this is completed. With the exception of comments.
